presentation is a sample of what we have available. We will try

General
Catering Policy
Final arrangements and
guest estimates and 1/3 deposit must be provided 7 days prior to
event.
Finalized number of
guests must be provided 3 days prior to event which you will be
billed for there will be an increase for added number of guests
but no decrease for less amount of guests.
If ‘our staff’ is not
present for the occasion, then a $50.00 deposit is requested on
all equipment; and all catering containers & chaffing pans
must be ‘cleaned’ and returned within 24 hours.
Delivery and set up is $10.00, 11-25 miles
is $20.00, 25 miles and
up is $40.00.
Having us stay or server
buffet at your event is $15.00 an hour per server, from time of
set up till clean up. A bartender can be provided for $25.00 an
hour. Utensils; knife, fork, spoon: $1.00 per setting. Dinner
plates, $1.25 per plate.
Tent rentals (10 x 20)
are available.
Pricing does not include
6% sales tax or gratuity where applicable. All prices
subject to change without notice.
Booking a party for 100
or more, a $50.00 deposit is requested to hold the date.
Final Payment is due at
time of delivery, unless other arrangements have been made.
